1. Purchase
When you purchase a digital gift card from Noteistry, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided when placing your order.
Your purchase is completed when the payment has been approved.
2. Price and Payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
You can pay using the payment methods shown in the webshop.
3. Digital Gift Card
The gift card is sent digitally to the email address you provided when placing your order.
The gift card is normally sent shortly after your payment has been completed.
If you do not receive your gift card, you can contact us at note@noteistry.com.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address when placing your order.
4. Gift Card Validity
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase..
The gift card can be used in full or in part while it is valid.
If you do not use the full value of the gift card in one purchase, the remaining amount can be used for a later purchase at Noteistry.
5. Cash Refund
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a general rule, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing a digital gift card.
You can request to have the gift card delivered immediately.
If you request immediate delivery and agree that your right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins, your right of withdrawal will end when delivery begins.
This consent is given as part of the purchase.
7. Errors and Complaints
If there is an error with your gift card, or if you do not receive it, please contact us at note@noteistry.com.
Please include your order number when contacting us.
We handle complaints in accordance with applicable Danish law.
8. Responsibility for Gift Cards
The gift card and gift card code should be kept safe.
If the gift card or gift card code is shared with another person, this is the customer's responsibility.
Noteistry is not responsible for misuse of a gift card if the gift card or gift card code has come into the possession of another person.

When you shop at Noteistry, we process your personal data in order to complete your purchase and send your gift card.
