Right of Withdrawal
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing a digital gift card, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you choose to have the gift card delivered immediately, you can at the same time agree that your right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins.
If you choose a later delivery date, the gift card will be delivered on the selected date.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
If you have a right of withdrawal and wish to exercise it, you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

3. Refund
If you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount in accordance with applicable law.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
4. Digital Delivery
The gift card is normally sent shortly after your payment has been completed.
If you have agreed to immediate delivery and have also agreed that your right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins, the purchase cannot be cancelled after delivery has begun.
There is no physical product that needs to be returned.
